Journey to Nicole

April 19

Today was another shopping day.  Fun, fun, fun!!  We have met so many kind people here.   People consistently stop us and tell us how beautiful our baby girl is or how lucky she is.  We know that we are the lucky ones!!  She is such a blessing!

The funniest thing that happened today was McDonalds.  After some serious shopping with our friends, the O'Malley's, we caught a taxi to McDonalds.  When we walked in a woman came out from behind the counter and told us to order upstairs.  We went upstairs and there was no counter to order, just a bunch of tables.  So we sat down at a clean one and the next thing we knew, the woman came up and took our order.  They brought us our food, ketchup, etc.  They even took our money and gave us our change right there at the table.  Fancy!!

Nikki is still doing wonderfully.  She is our little princess.  She is a great eater.  She LOVES broccoli, applesauce, rice congee, croissants, crackers, cheerios, McDonalds cheeseburgers, fries,....etc.  Did I mention she is a good eater??  Wow!

She is really wanting to walk and gets steadier everyday.  It is her favorite thing to do.  She consistently walks by holding one of our fingers.  Today she began walking around the bed in our hotel room by holding onto it.  It is a twin bed on the floor and it is the perfect height for her.

She appears to have more teeth coming in.  However, they do not seem to bother her much.  She is going to have her full set before she is 2 years old at this rate.

We are so in love!!

We miss Joe horribly and we can not wait to come together as a family of four.

A family shot in front of the waterfall at the White Swan. The Basin of the waterfall is full of huge Koi.

Huge Koi.

Not a lot of pictures today. We were too busy spending $$.
